Bandai sets OP-18 The Dominance of God for Nov. 20 at $4.99

BOOSTER PACK -THE DOMINANCE OF GOD- [OP-18] releases Nov. 20, 2026, in English, according to the product page on Bandai's official ONE PIECE CARD GAME site. The set carries a $4.99 MSRP per pack and 127+1 card types. Japan gets the same set one day later, on Nov. 21, at 240 yen per pack, according to the Japanese product page. That makes OP-18 the first main booster since OP-17 shipped Aug. 28 and the second product of the autumn after EB-05 on Oct. 30.

What does Bandai's OP-18 product page say about the set?

Bandai describes OP-18 as a booster built on two arcs. "The 18th Booster Pack features Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God!" the English page says, under the tagline "The World Government's Greatest Power Has Arrived…!" The features section adds one more line that matters to collectors: "Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock make their ONE PIECE CARD GAME debut!"

The product details block lists the facts that are fixed so far:

• Release date: Nov. 20, 2026, with "Tournament Legal after 7 days."
• MSRP: $4.99 per pack.
• Contents: 127+1 types in total.
• A note that cards "are legal from the pre-release date in your LGS."

The page does not yet link a set-specific card list the way the OP-17 page does, and as of Oct. 10 the official English card image server returned nothing for OP-18 card codes. Rarity breakdown, the leader lineup and the card count per rarity are not published on the English page.

How does the Japanese OP-18 release compare with the English one?

The Japanese set, titled ブースターパック 神の支配【OP-18】, releases Saturday, Nov. 21, 2026, at 240 yen including tax, according to Bandai's Japanese product page. One Japanese pack holds six cards, and the page lists the same 127+1 types. The Japanese page names the same two themes, Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God, and the same two debuts, written as 軍子宮 (Gunko) and シャムロック聖 (Saint Shamrock).

The English pack is a different shape. The pack art on the English page reads "12-Card Booster Pack," and the box art reads "12 cards per pack / 24 packs per box." So an English box holds 288 cards, and a Japanese pack holds half as many cards as an English one. Prices are not comparable pack to pack for that reason.

Why does the OP-18 pack say 126+1 when the page says 127+1?

The English pack mockup on Bandai's page prints "126+1 types in total" on its face, while the product details on the same page list "127+1 types in total." The Japanese page also says 127+1. Bandai's page carries a standard disclaimer that "the illustration may differ somewhat from the final product," which is the likely explanation: the mockup was made before the final count. The two numbers differ by one card. Which figure ends up on retail packs will be visible when product reaches stores.

When did Bandai first announce OP-18 The Dominance of God?

The English trailer went up Aug. 23, 2026, on the Official Bandai Card Games Channel on YouTube, with a description that said the set "has been announced!" and "Releases November 2026." The specific date arrived later. On Oct. 5, 2026, the ONE PIECE Official - ENG channel posted a new-information video whose description states: "Extra Booster ONE PIECE Heroines Edition vol.2 releases on October 30, 2026, and OP-18 THE DOMINANCE OF GOD releases on November 20, 2026."

That Oct. 5 video is the first official English statement of the Nov. 20 date that this desk could find. The product page carries the same date.

Where does OP-18 sit on the One Piece Card Game release calendar?

OP-18 is the fourth booster-type product of the second half of 2026, based on Bandai's product pages:

• OP-17 The World's Strongest Warriors: pre-release Aug. 21, release Aug. 28, 2026, 131+4 types.

The gap from OP-17 to EB-05 is 63 days. The gap from EB-05 to OP-18 is 21 days. Players who buy for competitive play will see two legality dates three weeks apart: EB-05 becomes tournament legal Nov. 6 and OP-18 on Nov. 27, using Bandai's seven-day rule. Both land after the Oct. 12 ban of OP14-020 Dracule Mihawk, which Bandai announced Sept. 24, so the first OP-18 events will be played in the post-Mihawk format from day one.

What is still unknown about OP-18?

Bandai has not published, on either the English or Japanese product page, the leader cards in the set, the rarity breakdown, the pull rate of any rarity, the pre-release date for English stores or the card list. The pack art's "4th Anniversary" badge is visible on the official images, but the page does not say what, if anything, the anniversary changes about the set's contents.

Card reveals are appearing on Bandai's official social accounts and in the Oct. 5 video, and third-party sites are compiling them. This article sticks to what the product pages and the two official videos state. It will be updated when Bandai posts the OP-18 card list or a pre-release date.
