Policies

The fine print, kept short.

Short version: all sales are final, no cancellations, and every order is packed on video. That protects you as much as it protects us.

Shipping

  • Orders ship from North Charleston, South Carolina within 2 business days of payment, USPS or UPS, tracked.
  • Orders over $100 ship insured. Slabs and high-value singles are packed sleeve, top-loader, box, then shipping box.
  • United States only for now. International buyers: message us before ordering.

All sales final

  • Every sale on this site is final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, and no cancellations once payment is complete.
  • The one exception: if we shipped the wrong item, or an item does not match its cert, grade or listing photos, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and we make it right.
  • By completing checkout you agree to these terms. The checkout page asks you to confirm them before payment.

Packed on camera

  • Every order is pulled, inspected, packed and sealed on video, with the cert number and the shipping label in frame. Recordings are kept for at least 90 days.
  • Orders over $500 ship with signature required. Tracking is uploaded to your order the day it ships.
  • If a package arrives damaged or opened, photograph it before opening further and contact us the same day so we can file the carrier claim.

Chargebacks and fraud

  • We contest every chargeback with the packing video, carrier proof of delivery and signature, and the checkout agreement. Buyers who file a chargeback on a delivered order are blocked from the site and the shows.
  • We may cancel and refund any order we believe is fraudulent, and we may require ID verification on high-value orders before shipping.

Privacy

  • We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: name, shipping address, email and payment details handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
  • We do not sell or share customer data. Order emails come from Liquid Pixelz TCG LLC only.

Terms

  • All product is official Bandai or The Pokémon Company product. Graded items are sold as labelled by the grading company.
  • Prices are in US dollars and may change until an order is placed. Sales tax is applied where required.
  • Liquid Pixelz TCG LLC is not affiliated with Bandai, Toei Animation, The Pokémon Company or Nintendo.
