The first EB-05 card with an official code isn't on a card list. It's on an event page. Bandai's Heroines Battle Vol. 2 page lists EB05-010 Nico Robin among the leaders you're allowed to play, and as of Oct. 12 that is the only EB-05 code anywhere on Bandai's English site.
That tells you two things. Robin gets a new leader in this set. And Bandai expects people to be playing her within a week of release, because the event starts Nov. 6.
Six more leaders, no names
Bandai's Japanese product page counts seven leaders in EB-05. Robin is one. The other six are not named officially yet. Retailers have been listing names and codes for weeks, and a few of those will be correct, but an official card list is the only thing that counts, and there isn't one. I'd hold off building around any leader other than Robin until Bandai posts it.
For comparison, the first Heroines set, EB-03, shipped one leader, Nefeltari Vivi. Going from one to seven is the biggest structural change between the two sets. It's also why the tournament exists.
What Heroines Battle Vol. 2 is
A store tournament that runs from Nov. 6 to Dec. 6, 2026. Bandai's own description is blunt: to celebrate the EB-05 release, take on a special tournament limited to Heroines leader cards only. Stores pick between the standard regulation and constructed formats. Players pick from a list of 25 leaders, alt-art versions included, that runs from OP05-002 Belo Betty through OP17-099 Charlotte Linlin and takes in EB03-001 Vivi, EB04-001 Jewelry Bonney, EB05-010 Nico Robin and P-117 Nami.
The prize is the same whether you win or just show up: EB03-006 Nami, a promo from the first Heroines set. Bandai adds that prizes may be subject to change, which it says about every event.
Sign-ups for players open Oct. 23 on TCG+, a week before the set is even out. If you want a seat, that's the date to watch, not the release.
Why it matters for the new leader
An event that only allows Heroines leaders, starting the day EB-05 becomes legal, is about as direct a push as Bandai gives a card. EB05-010 Robin will be the newest option in that pool and the only one from the set with a confirmed code. Whether she's good is unknowable until the text is public. Whether she'll be played the first week is not really in doubt.
The set's release date, pack size and card counts are covered in EB-05 lands Oct. 30.
